I made this sweet cupcake twirl skirt and white peasant blouse for Christi's sweet daughter for her birthday. It just turned out so adorable and she is such a cutie pie! She looked like she had a ton of fun at her birthday party! To by young again... when all you worry about is when you're going to be fed and when you're going to sleep!
